Plum Mandarin and 15% Vitamin C Serum is a lightweight and quick absorbing serum that helps boost glow, reduce dark spots and pigmentation, and protect the skin from free radical damage. The serum contains ethyl ascorbic acid, an active source of vitamin C that fights hyperpigmentation and reduces dark spots. Japanese mandarin works well with vitamin C to boost glow. How to’s
